Shipping

All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, or DHL unless otherwise specified.  For shipments to within the Continental US, a standard charge based on the weight of the order will apply. 

 

For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US, or to ship by other shippers, the cost of the carrier’s shipping charges will be added to the order. 

 

Some items we sell cannot be shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL.  These items will be noted as you browse our site. Current freight charges will apply for shipment of these items. For extra large items contact us for a freight quote before you buy.  We will quote the shipping costs or arrange for pick up.  You decide.

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) purchased within 30 days for an exchange, a full refund, or store credit. Exceptions to this rule are clearance items, custom orders, and electrical products.  Other products that are non-returnable will be clearly marked in the product description. 

 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Items that are not defective must be returned in resaleable condition and original packaging.
